  Food was great and so was the service. I ordered via online curbside pick up. I ordered the tbone steak, mashed potatoes, and mixed veggies. The meat was made perfect to mu liking. The mashed potatoes good and creamy. And the veggies with garlic butter on the side were al dente! I also enjoyed the complimentary brown bread n butter. The whole meal is super filling. I will continue to go to this place when I am craving a good steak meal!!

  Well had an interesting evening.  All 5 of us ordered Filet and Lobster tail.  The service was late to even great us at the table.  Then when we finally got service, dinner took over 45 minutes to come out and our waiter never stopped by during that time to say our ordered was misplaced or that anything went wrong causing the delay.  On top of it one steak was under cooked and mine was over cooked.
  
  The one undercooked came back looking exactly the same and mine went from a filet to a sirloin.  Mine was cooked perfectly, but they gave me a discount but had given me a cheaper cut like I would not notice.  I am never more frustrated then when they mess up your meal and not everyone gets to eat together and then the fail to remove the individuals meal from the check.
  
  So, the food was less than perfect and the server was the same.  Pleasant but.... and lastly our drinks were never once refilled.
  
  Vey disappointing.  Will be sometime before we lose the bad taste and return.

  Typically when I get Outback food, I choose the Alice Springs Chicken. It's delicious. Well, today I didn't feel too great so the hubs offered to get me a steak on the way home from work. My first mistake was to let him get it from Outback (their steaks ain't shit). When I want a juicy steak I go to Texas Roadhouse (TRUTH). Ugh! This Outback ribeye was fatty, flavorless, cooked more rare than medium... the dog loved it. $21.99 for me to be more annoyed than usual.
  
  So, yeah... Outback is just ok. Great Alice chicken and Bloomin onion, but that's about it.

  Bad  Customer Service
  
  In april i did a pick up for dinner steak and ribs it was my second time doing a pick up for the same dish. The ribs on my first order were dry rub the steak was med done the meal was great so i decided to order the same meal a few weeks later. I asked for the same dry rub instead i got the ribs with sauce on it . i called back and spoke with the manager and was told they would seen me a coupon in the mail as a Courtesy. well i never got it so i called again and spoke to another manager who said he would check on it (because it was not listed in the book) and call me back. Well he never did.  The meals were tasty and i really enjoyed them but the service is lacking when you are told one thing and it never happens i was very unhappy with the customer service . If you have issue with your carryout i suggest you take it back instead of waiting for a coupon in the mail.

  It's seems strange to feel the urge to hop on Yelp and write a review about Outback. I live nearby and visit this particular location often and am always impressed. Service is great and the food is as good as any Outback I've ever visited. Walk-about Wednesdays are a favorite. Join Dine Rewards and get half off every fourth visit. It's not Carlo & Johnny, but this location shouldn't have a paltry 3 Yelp stars. Keep up the good work guys!
